Group work is most effective for people who have overcome some challenges in their lives and gain some understanding of their motivations and drivers yet want to continue self exploration with the gentle, respectful supportive help of a group of peers.
For example sharing current problems within a safe and supportive environment with people whom you are not necessarily emotionally connected too can bring clarity to thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
How it works
Get in touch to see if there is a space available now. Each group of between 4-8 adults establish and agree a set of boundaries based on respect and confidentiality. They also commit to participate for the benefit of other members and for their own personal growth. Group meetings take place at an agreed time and place at regular intervals.
Payment is in advance for blocks of 6,10 or 12 weeks.
